Wellness Rediscovery with Linda (Linda Tierney, Health & Wellness Coach)
Welcome to Wellness Rediscovery with Linda (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services, programs, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By scheduling, purchasing, or otherwise participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Definitions
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person who purchases or participates in Services provided by Wellness Rediscovery with Linda.
“Coach” refers to Linda Tierney, proprietor of Wellness Rediscovery with Linda.
“Services” include the specific coaching programs and related offerings provided by the Coach (as detailed in Section 2), as well as any additional services, digital resources, or workshops offered.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 About Wellness Rediscovery with Linda.
Welcome to Wellness Rediscovery with Linda — a virtual coaching practice built with heart, purpose, and experience. Founded by Linda Tierney, a Certified Health and Life Coach with over 40 years of compassionate healthcare service, this space is dedicated to helping midlife women feel vibrant, empowered, and in control of their wellness journey. Linda’s mission is simple: to guide you through sustainable lifestyle changes that honor your body, your phase of life, and your goals — all with a kind, personal touch.
Each program is designed to guide you with structure, care, and personal support. Choose Your Path Forward:

💪 The 90 Day Reset Experience – The Total Health Reboot
• Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
• Phases:
– Phase 1: Reset (Days 1–30) — Detox the body and mind, restore baseline energy, reduce inflammation, and create space for change.
– Phase 2: Rebuild (Days 31–60) — Rebuild strength, stamina, and mental clarity. Introduce nutrient-dense foods, structured exercise, and emotional resilience work.
– Phase 3: Reinforce (Days 61–90) — Lock in new habits, create routines, and align goals with values. Prepare for long-term sustainability.
2.2 Additional Offerings.
• Free Discovery Call — A complimentary session to explore your goals and determine the best pathway.
• Health Assessment — A quick, online assessment to establish your current wellness baseline and guide your personalized journey.
• Core Focus Areas. These are the core areas Linda brings to life with each client:
– A Simple Eating Plan: Nutrition that feels natural (no-fuss, flexible plans; meal prep tips; anti-inflammatory focus).
– A Fun Movement Plan: Fitness you can enjoy (gentle strength and cardio; beginner-friendly; consistent without pressure).
– 1-on-1 Support Between Sessions: Text, email, or call support when needed (accountability, encouragement, personalized check-ins).
2.3 Delivery.
Services are delivered virtually via video calls (e.g., Zoom), telephone, email, or other online platforms. Program materials (worksheets, guides) may be shared digitally. All sessions and resources are scheduled or provided in advance, based on the program selected.
2.4 Program Duration & Expiration.
Each program has a clearly defined duration (3 months for The Reset Experience; 90 days for The 90 Day Reset Experience). Services expire or conclude once the final scheduled session has taken place. Any supplemental resources or materials provided remain accessible to you but do not extend program duration.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Honesty & Participation. You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your medical history, dietary restrictions, lifestyle, and any other factors relevant to your coaching plan. Consistent participation and timely communication are essential for effective progress.
3.2 Medical Disclaimer. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have specific health concerns, you must consult a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, exercise, or wellness plan.
3.3 Technology Requirements. For virtual sessions, you are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection, appropriate device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and any required software or applications (e.g., Zoom). We are not liable for disruptions caused by your technical issues.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
4.1 Booking. All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our booking platform or by directly emailing the Coach. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message.
4.2 Rescheduling/Cancellation (Client).
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the session, and no credit or refund will be provided for that time slot.
4.3 Cancellation by Coach. In the rare event that the Coach must cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible and offer an alternative appointment time or credit toward a future session.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing. Program fees are listed on our website and in program materials. All fees are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, any fees already paid for upcoming sessions or programs will remain at the original rate.
5.2 Payment Methods. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and select digital payment platforms. Payment details will be collected securely via our online payment processor.
5.3 Deposit & Full Payment.
• Single sessions or standalone Health Assessments require full payment at the time of booking.
• Multi-session programs (e.g., The Reset Experience, The 90 Day Reset Experience) require a non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total program fee), with the balance due according to an agreed schedule prior to program start.
5.4 Late Payments. If you fail to pay by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend Services until payment is received. Interest may accrue on past-due balances at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually), or as permitted by law, whichever is lower.
6. No Refund Policy
6.1 General Rule. All payments for Services are final once rendered. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, partially attended programs, or change of mind after Services have been rendered. By scheduling and/or paying for Services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any portion of Services already provided.
6.2 Programs & Prepaid Sessions.
• If you purchase a multi-session program and complete some but not all sessions, any unused sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.
• We may, at our sole discretion, offer “program credits” in lieu of refunds to be applied toward future Services, but this is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Missed Sessions. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without canceling at least 24 hours in advance (see Section 4), that session is considered rendered, and no refund or credit will be issued.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
7.1 Confidential Information. During coaching, you may share sensitive personal or health information. We agree to keep all client information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if we believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
7.2 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy (available on our website) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Materials. Any materials, resources, handouts, or digital content provided during coaching remain our intellectual property. You may use those materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of our materials without express written permission.
8.2 Recordings. If coaching sessions are recorded (e.g., via video or audio), recordings are owned solely by the Coach. You may not share or distribute recordings without written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Guarantees. While we strive to provide effective coaching, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on your personal commitment, consistency, and other factors outside our control.
9.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellness Rediscovery with Linda, including Linda Tierney, her affiliates, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
10.1 By Client. You may terminate Services at any time by notifying us in writing. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for Services already rendered. Unused prepaid sessions may be handled per Section 6.
10.2 By Coach. We reserve the right to terminate or refuse to provide Services to any client at our discretion (e.g., non-payment, abusive behavior). In such cases, any prepaid sessions or program balances you have will be refunded on a pro rata basis according to sessions not yet rendered.
11. Communication & Electronic Consent
11.1 Electronic Communications. By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you consent to receive emails, calls, or texts from us regarding appointments, billing, updates, or other relevant information. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions provided.
11.2 Electronic Signatures. You agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms (e.g., by checking an “I agree” box, clicking a button, or executing payment) is equivalent to a handwritten signature and legally binding.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days of notice, either party may pursue mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively via binding arbitration in Detroit, Michigan, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting an updated version on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any referenced documents (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellness Rediscovery with Linda regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications.
